Description
Gold Lake Tech International is seeking a technically skilled Software Engineering Technical Interview Specialist with strong Software Engineering knowledge and excellent professional communication skills.
The primary purpose of this position is to successfully handle and clear Software Engineering technical interviews for authorized US-based professional profiles. The role requires strong programming and software development knowledge, excellent spoken English, quick thinking, and the ability to communicate confidently during detailed technical discussions.
Candidates should have a strong background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant technical experience preferred. The position requires strong availability for scheduled professional engagements and a willingness to work with the team on a long-term basis.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Software Engineering technical interviews on behalf of authorized US-based professional profiles.
- Successfully handle technical questions and discussions during interviews.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of programming, software development, algorithms, and data structures.
- Understand technical questions quickly and provide accurate, well-explained responses.
- Solve technical and problem-solving questions effectively under time pressure.
- Communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally throughout interviews.
- Explain technical concepts confidently during detailed discussions.
- Adapt quickly to difficult, unexpected, or unfamiliar technical questions.
- Maintain a professional verbal presence during extended technical conversations.
- Prepare for upcoming technical interviews by reviewing relevant Software Engineering concepts and technologies.
