Gots is seeking an experienced Catalyst Foreman with a minimum of five years in catalyst operations who does not manage a team. The ideal candidate plays a critical role in overseeing catalyst processing activities, ensuring operational safety, reliability, and efficiency in line with industry standards and company policies. This position requires strong technical knowledge of catalyst materials, handling procedures, and quality control techniques to optimize catalyst performance. The Catalyst Foreman monitors day-to-day catalyst usage, conducts inspections, and coordinates with other departments to resolve operational challenges. The role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and effective communication skills to support smooth plant operations without direct supervisory responsibilities over personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee catalyst processing activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Inspect and monitor catalyst materials for quality assurance and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize catalyst handling and usage.
