GoWellFleet is seeking responsible and reliable drivers for Yango and inDrive ride-hailing services in Lahore. The company provides vehicles to drivers with a competitive earning share of 40% to 45%, allowing drivers to maximize their income. As a driver, the candidate will work with company-owned cars, which are maintained by GoWellFleet, ensuring a hassle-free driving experience. Shifts are available for both day and night, offering flexibility to suit various schedules. This opportunity requires familiarity with Lahore’s routes and experience using ride-hailing applications. Drivers must hold a valid driving license and CNIC, possess basic smartphone skills, and demonstrate honesty and regular attendance. The role focuses on providing safe, punctual, and customer-friendly transportation services through the Yango and inDrive platforms. Drivers use GPS navigation and specialized app features to manage trips, plan efficient routes, and handle both cash and digital payments securely. Although this position does not involve managing a team, strong self-discipline and customer service skills are essential to ensure positive experiences that build trust and promote repeat rides. Candidates should prioritize safety, vehicle upkeep awareness, and effective communication with passengers throughout their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-provided vehicles to transport passengers safely and efficiently throughout Lahore using Yango and inDrive driver applications.
• Navigate routes using GPS tools such as Google Maps and the ride-hailing apps’ built-in navigation features to optimize trip times and fuel usage.
• Manage and monitor trip requests, accept rides, and handle trip cancellations or modifications via the Yango and inDrive driver apps.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in optimal condition; report any maintenance issues promptly for company action.
• Handle cash and digital payment methods accurately, ensuring all fare collections align with app records to maintain financial accountability.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with passengers, offering a welcoming and safe ride environment that promotes customer satisfaction.
• Work assigned shifts punctually, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the schedule with availability for both day and night shifts as needed.
• Comply strictly with traffic laws, company policies, and ride-hailing platform regulations to uphold safety and regulatory standards.
• Keep personal documentation such as driving license and CNIC up-to-date and present valid identification when requested for verification purposes.
• Develop local knowledge of Lahore’s routes and traffic patterns to enhance operational efficiency and reduce ride durations.
• Report any incident or unusual situations during trips immediately to company management and adhere to their guidelines for resolution.
• Use smartphones competently to manage app functions, communication, and navigation tools throughout the working hours.
