Gr Trust Clinic seeks an experienced and compassionate Medical Officer to provide high-quality medical care during evening clinic hours. The ideal candidate holds an MBBS degree and has at least four years of experience, including completed house job training. This role requires strong clinical assessment abilities, proficiency in performing ultrasound scans, and the capability to manage minor medical emergencies with professionalism and empathy. The Medical Officer will conduct outpatient consultations, accurately diagnose patient conditions, and develop treatment plans while maintaining a respectful and patient-centered approach. Working part-time in the clinic's evening shifts, the Medical Officer must demonstrate excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. Although not responsible for managing a team, this role plays a vital part in delivering primary healthcare services and contributing to the clinic's reputation for compassionate and effective medical care. The successful candidate must be comfortable performing ultrasounds and interpreting diagnostic results, ensuring patients receive prompt and accurate clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient department (OPD) consultations and deliver comprehensive primary healthcare to patients.
• Perform ultrasound scans with accuracy and interpret basic diagnostic reports to assist patient diagnosis.
• Evaluate clinical symptoms and patient medical histories to diagnose conditions and prescribe effective treatments.
• Manage minor emergencies by providing timely and appropriate medical interventions.
• Maintain a polite, respectful, and empathetic attitude when interacting with patients and their families.
• Ensure patient's medical records are accurately documented including clinical findings and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support smooth operation during evening hours.
• Adhere to medical ethics and clinic policies to provide safe and quality healthcare.
• Continue professional development to stay current with medical knowledge and ultrasound techniques.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention during consultations.
