Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso beverages including espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes using professional espresso machines.
- Create visually appealing latte art to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain deep knowledge of coffee beans, including selection, grinding, and storage techniques to ensure freshness and quality.
- Ensure proper operation and cleaning of all espresso machine components to prevent equipment malfunctions and maintain hygiene.
- Develop and prepare rich and authentic ramen broth using traditional and innovative cooking methods.
- Cook noodles to the correct texture and consistency following established ramen noodle techniques.
- Arrange ramen toppings attractively and in accordance with recipe standards to enhance presentation.
- Adhere strictly to kitchen hygiene standards and implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols to ensure food safety.
- Interact positively with customers to provide excellent service and address inquiries about menu items and preparation methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen and coffee preparation areas.
- Contribute to maintaining the overall ambiance and quality standards of the cafe.
- Continuously develop professional skills by staying updated on trends in coffee preparation and ramen cuisine.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and local health and safety regulations strictly.
