Growth Spark is seeking a dedicated Whatsapp Support Specialist with strong expertise in the WhatsApp Business Platform. This role requires effective communication skills in Urdu and the ability to patiently and politely assist customers. The ideal candidate must demonstrate basic computer knowledge and have access to WhatsApp to provide exceptional remote support from home. The position is open to freshers and does not require prior banking experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with up to two years of experience looking to start or grow their career in customer support.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Provide clear, polite, and patient assistance to customers in Urdu.
- Manage and document all customer interactions consistently and professionally.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
- Work remotely from home while adhering to company guidelines and schedules.
- Stay informed about updates and features related to WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Adapt communication style to meet individual customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes.
