Role Overview
We are looking for motivated, confident, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell our software and mobile app products to businesses and institutions in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. You will meet clients face to face, present our products, build relationships, and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in Rawalpindi and Islamabad
- Visit clients physically and conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Achieve the monthly sales target set by the company
- Maintain good relationships with clients for long-term business
- Share regular progress updates with the management team
- Mandatory Requirements (Apply Only If You Meet ALL)
- ✅ You must be physically present in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
- ✅ You must be able to do field marketing and attend physical meetings with clients
- ✅ You must have your own laptop (this is compulsory)
- ✅ You must be comfortable working on a 100% commission basis (no monthly salary)
- ✅ Good communication and presentation skills
- ✅ Confidence in dealing with business owners and decision makers
- ✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- ✅ Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not compulsory

- 💰 Attractive and decent commission on every sale
- 🔁 Recurring Monthly Commission: Our products are subscription-based. For every client you bring, you will keep earning commission every month for as long as that client’s subscription/project continues. This is not a one-time commission.
- 🎯 Monthly Target + Bonus: A monthly sales target will be assigned. Achieve it and receive an extra bonus.
