About GuardWatch

GuardWatch is a visitor and gate security system for gated communities, housing societies and apartment buildings. A resident creates a visitor pass in the resident app and shares a QR pass. The guard scans the QR at the gate in the guard app and sees the visitor and the house they are visiting. Every entry goes into a searchable digital log for the committee or estate manager. Domestic staff such as maids and drivers get their own entry QR, and guard attendance is recorded in the app. GuardWatch is a new company founded by Shoaib Uddin in Karachi.

Please read this first: how you get paid

- This is a commission-only role. There is no salary, no fixed pay and no allowances (no fuel, mobile or travel allowance).

- You earn a commission for each closed deal, by the plan the society takes: Starter PKR 10,000, Professional PKR 15,000, Enterprise PKR 25,000.

- A deal counts as closed when a society you registered first in the GuardWatch N16 sales app moves to a paid monthly plan after its free 30-day pilot.

- If the society chooses the optional assisted onboarding (one-time, by plan: Starter PKR 25,000, Professional PKR 40,000, Enterprise PKR 60,000; on-site visit, guard and admin training, loading residents), your commission is paid within 7 days of that fee clearing in GuardWatch's bank account.

- If the society signs up online itself (no setup fee), you still earn the commission for its plan, paid within 7 days of the society's first paid month clearing in GuardWatch's bank account.

- There is no cap on the number of deals you can close.

- Your earnings depend entirely on deals that actually close. We do not promise or guarantee any monthly income.

- Meet management committees, secretaries, estate managers and security companies.

- Explain GuardWatch honestly and share the two-minute demo.

- Book online demos and walkthroughs with the GuardWatch team.

- Help societies get started with a free 30-day pilot.

- Register every society in the GuardWatch N16 sales app before you visit it.

Who this suits

- People who already know society committees, estate managers, property dealers, builders or security companies.

- People with their own transport (motorbike or car).

- People with an Android or other smartphone with mobile data.

- People who are comfortable talking politely and honestly with committee members.

- Part-time or full-time; you plan your own visits.

Rules you must accept

- You may only quote the official offer. No promises of extra discounts, features or timelines.

- Assisted onboarding is optional. You must never tell a society it is mandatory.

- You never collect cash or payments. Societies pay GuardWatch directly by bank transfer.

- You must register a society in the N16 app before visiting. The first registration wins any dispute.

- You work as an independent contractor, not as an employee.

Location: Karachi first. Agents in Lahore and Islamabad are also welcome.
