Gulshan Boutique is seeking female boutique staff and sales girls to assist with customer engagement and modeling for our ladies’ boutique collections. This position primarily involves showcasing traditional and modern lawn, cotton, and party wear outfits during indoor photoshoots at our boutique located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-D, Karachi. The role is part-time and compensated on a per-shoot basis, with payments ranging from 3000 to 7000 per day. Candidates should possess a confident personality and be comfortable in modest Eastern wear. This opportunity is ideal for fresh models and individuals passionate about fashion styling and retail sales in a respectful and secure work environment. The selected candidate will play a vital role in promoting the boutique’s new Lawn and Eastern collection by participating in photoshoots intended for catalogs and social media platforms such as Instagram. The position demands punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to interact warmly and courteously with customers and staff. Applicants must meet the age and height requirements and should preferably reside in Karachi’s Gulshan, Johar, PECHS, or FB areas. Safety protocols are prioritized, including female-only workspaces during shoots and the ability to have family members accompany candidates during interviews and shoots.

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional indoor photoshoots featuring the boutique’s ladies' clothing collections including lawn, cotton, and party wear.
• Engage with boutique customers, providing excellent customer service and assisting with retail sales techniques to promote products.
• Showcase fashion products effectively, highlighting features of the clothing with confidence and appropriate modeling techniques.
• Maintain a polished and presentable appearance that aligns with the boutique's modest fashion guidelines during all shoots and customer interactions.
• Assist in creating attractive catalogs and social media content by posing for photos that highlight the boutique’s new collections.
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members, enhancing the shopping experience through helpfulness and positive attitude.
• Follow all safety and professional protocols during photoshoots, including adhering to designated shooting times and working exclusively with female staff present.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality for scheduled shoots and meetings at the boutique.
• Collaborate with the boutique’s team to understand and implement fashion styling directives relevant to upcoming collections.
• Represent Gulshan Boutique’s brand values with integrity, ensuring all interactions and work adhere to the company’s code of conduct.
