Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive Quran lessons focusing on Tajweed rules and Quran memorization according to established curriculum standards.
• Utilize online teaching platforms to create engaging and interactive lesson experiences for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20 educators, providing training, performance evaluations, and continuous professional development.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies in a virtual setting to maintain student discipline and participation.
• Evaluate students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey in Quranic studies.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update and enhance teaching materials and methodologies.
• Organize and conduct virtual workshops or seminars to improve teachers' instructional skills and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, student achievements, and lesson plans adhering to company policies.
• Address students' and parents' queries and provide guidance to encourage consistent learning and spiritual growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technological advancements in online education to continually improve teaching effectiveness.
