Hakim Roller & General Flour Mills, a prominent flour milling business located in Sialkot, is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our roller flour mill. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in flour milling operations, excellent knowledge of wheat procurement and grain supply chain management, and proven leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of 20 persons. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth by expanding market presence, optimizing production processes, and maintaining high standards of product quality and operational efficiency. The successful General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and business development strategies, coordinating production planning, managing inventory and warehouse operations, and ensuring financial control and reporting are meticulously maintained. In addition to operational oversight, the candidate must foster a productive working environment that promotes teamwork and accountability, while nurturing strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders across the regional flour market. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of Atta, Maida, Fine, Suji, and Chokar products across Sialkot, Gujranwala, Gujrat, and surrounding areas.
• Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale dealers, distributors, retailers, and commercial buyers to expand the dealer network and customer base.
• Oversee daily flour mill operations including production planning to ensure optimal flour extraction ratios, consistent product quality, and efficient utilization of milling machinery.
• Monitor production output, machinery performance, electricity consumption, and operational efficiency, minimizing waste and production losses.
• Coordinate timely maintenance and repairs of all roller mill machinery to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
• Supervise wheat procurement activities by working closely with reliable suppliers, monitoring market prices, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions aligned with production demands.
• Manage accurate inventory control for raw materials, finished goods, by-products, and packaging materials through systematic stock reconciliation and warehouse management practices.
• Lead a team of 20 employees including production workers, sales staff, warehouse personnel, and administrative staff by setting clear performance expectations and fostering a disciplined, productive work environment.
• Develop work schedules that ensure effective coordination between different departments and smooth operational workflows.
• Administer financial oversight of production costs, sales revenue, and operational expenses to maximize profitability; prepare and present regular reports to business ownership.
• Track receivables and sales collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.
• Implement quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout all flour mill processes to comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to adapt business strategies and enhance competitive advantage.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in managing business operations, supplier agreements, and customer relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements across all facets of the mill’s operations.
