Tele Fundraising Executive

Ham Hospital Foundation is seeking a dedicated Tele Fundraising Executive to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with donors by effectively communicating the foundation's mission and fundraising goals. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in tele fundraising or a related field and demonstrates excellent communication skills. The position does not involve managing a team but requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. As a Tele Fundraising Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the foundation's fundraising efforts through outgoing calls and donor engagement activities. You will be responsible for connecting with donors, informing them about the foundation's programs, and encouraging their continued support. Your ability to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully will help ensure long-term donor satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the foundation’s fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing donors to solicit contributions and provide information about Ham Hospital Foundation's programs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with donors by understanding their interests and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and update donor databases promptly.
• Follow up with donors to acknowledge contributions and provide updates on how funds are used.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to contribute ideas and strategies to improve donor engagement and increase fundraising effectiveness.
• Understand and communicate the foundation's mission, goals, and fundraising initiatives clearly and persuasively.
• Meet or exceed assigned call and fundraising targets consistently.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about fundraising policies and new initiatives.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
