Hamdard Pakistan is seeking a diligent and trustworthy Cashier/Storekeeper based in Peshawar. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and a graduate education. This role requires managing cash transactions efficiently while ensuring the proper storage and management of inventory. The individual demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organized records. This position demands strong integrity as handling cash and store items with responsibility is critical. The Cashier/Storekeeper supports the daily operations by maintaining a smooth flow of cash handling and inventory stocking processes. The position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent coordination with other departments to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of stock. The candidate must be able to work independently and uphold company policies related to cash and store safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely during daily sales activities.
• Maintain proper records of all cash inflows and outflows to ensure transparency.
• Manage store inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting in procurement processes.
• Organize stock in the store to facilitate easy access and reduce the risk of damage or loss.
• Conduct regular stock-taking exercises and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure the storage area is clean, safe, and complies with safety guidelines.
• Assist in preparing reports related to sales, stock levels, and cash flow for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate supply chain and stock replenishment.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and inventory control.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns related to store products.
