Quality Assurance Executive - Validation

Description

Hamdard Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive specializing in Validation to join our team in Karachi. This role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in validation within the pharmaceutical industry and a Pharm D degree. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust validation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. In this position, you will lead a team of two professionals, guiding and supporting them to achieve high standards of quality assurance in all validation activities. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity and reliability of processes, equipment, and systems. You will monitor validation processes, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues to uphold product safety and efficacy. As a key contributor to the organization's quality framework, you will ensure all validation documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to regulatory expectations. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within your team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive validation plans in alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead and manage a team of two validation professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
• Coordinate and conduct validation activities such as process validation, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation.
• Review and approve validation protocols, summaries, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify validation needs and address any compliance issues.
• Monitor and analyze validation data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all validation documentation is prepared, reviewed, and archived according to regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and industry regulations related to validation.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing validation-related information and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the validation process and overall quality assurance system.
