Description
Hamza Flour Mills is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the electrical maintenance and repair activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and the capability to manage a team of 10 persons effectively. This role requires strong technical expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems along with excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment in the plant. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising electrical work to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. This position involves direct management of the electrical team, ensuring compliance with company policies, schedules, and quality standards. The supervisor will proactively identify potential electrical issues, provide timely solutions, and coordinate with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10 electrical technicians and electricians to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Plan and coordinate daily electrical work assignments to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and implement repairs.
- Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of electrical parts.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Investigate electrical faults and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize the performance and reliability of electrical infrastructure.
