Health Berry Pharmaceutical is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role focuses on managing human resource functions and office administration to ensure smooth organizational operations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience and is proficient in various HR processes such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration. Additionally, the candidate should be computer literate with strong skills in MS Office tools. This position does not have team management responsibilities but requires excellent organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external stakeholders. The Sr. HR & Admin Officer will work closely with different departments to implement HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The role involves maintaining HR information systems, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting recruitment through applicant tracking systems and interviewing techniques. Office administration responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring a productive work environment, and assisting in job description writing. The position calls for a candidate who can handle multiple HR and administrative tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall goals of Health Berry Pharmaceutical.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations matters by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Administer payroll activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal standards and organizational objectives.
- Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee records, attendance, and performance data effectively.
- Conduct performance management activities including KPI development, monitoring, and performance reviews to support employee growth.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate databases.
- Prepare and update job descriptions with relevant stakeholders to accurately reflect role requirements and responsibilities.
- Provide office administration support such as managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist in payroll data collection and ensure proper record keeping for audits and compliance.
- Generate HR and administrative reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and systems to educate employees and improve compliance.
