Hexta is seeking a responsible and attentive Babysitter to provide exceptional care and supervision for children. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in child care or a similar role. This position focuses on ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of children in a nurturing and secure environment. The Babysitter will engage children in age-appropriate activities, support daily routines, and respond promptly to any emergencies or needs. The successful candidate must be skilled in child safety and supervision, demonstrating patience, reliability, and strong observational abilities. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent communication skills with both children and their parents or guardians. Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Engage children with educational and recreational activities suitable for their age and interests.
- Provide routine care including feeding, dressing, and helping with personal hygiene as needed.
- Create a safe and clean environment by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene to resolve conflicts or issues calmly and effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the child's activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Recognize and respond quickly to emergencies or health issues, administering basic first aid if necessary.
- Maintain a calm and positive atmosphere while fostering the child's emotional and social development.
- Respect confidentiality and privacy of the children and their families.
- Assist children with homework or other learning tasks when requested.
