Hifli Services is seeking a skilled Back End Developer specializing in Go-Lang to join our dynamic technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side components that support our travel technology platform. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience and a strong understanding of Go-Lang programming, with a preference given to those who have experience in the travel technology industry. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust back-end services using Go-Lang.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices to ensure system stability and performance.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these issues.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by suggesting tools, techniques, and workflows.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly those relevant to the travel technology sector.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, providing timely support as needed.
