ٹیم کی قیادت اور معیار: مکینکل فورمین عملے کی ایک ٹیم کی قیادت کرے گا، اور اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گا کہ تمام مکینیکل سسٹمز کو اعلیٰ ترین معیارات کے مطابق انسٹال، برقرار اور مرمت کیا جائے۔
تکنیکی اور انتظامی مہارتیں: اس پوزیشن کے لیے مکینیکل سسٹمز میں مضبوط تکنیکی مہارت، اور مینٹیننس کی سرگرمیوں کو مؤثر طریقے سے مربوط کرنے کی صلاحیت درکار ہے۔
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of industrial machinery including CNC, winding, and other mechanical equipment.
- Lead and manage a team of three maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct installation, inspection, and quality control of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems to maintain continuous and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and machinery conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.
- Assess mechanical system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
- Ensure availability of necessary tools, parts, and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Assist in budgeting and procurement of mechanical parts and services.
