Hikmat Pump (Pvt) Ltd seeks a dedicated Supplychain Officer to oversee and optimize supply chain operations within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience handling procurement, inventory management, and order processing, preferably within a manufacturing setup. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing a team of three personnel while ensuring efficient sourcing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall supply chain goals. The Supplychain Officer works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, leverage ERP systems, and analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, including supplier identification, negotiation, and contract management to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Oversee inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and support production requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems to track orders, manage supplier information, and monitor supply chain performance.
• Conduct supply chain data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate order management processes, ensuring accurate order entry, tracking, and timely delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of three personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to synchronize supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks within the manufacturing setup.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all supply chain processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution.
