Hit is seeking a dedicated Sales Staff member for our boutique located in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience selling stitched ladies' clothing and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products. Familiarity with online customer interactions will be an advantage. The successful candidate works independently and does not manage a team.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in the boutique to understand their clothing preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques tailored to our stitched ladies' clothing inventory.

Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized sales floor ensuring products are attractively displayed to encourage purchases.

Handle online customer inquiries professionally and promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and broadening the boutique's reach.

Manage stock levels by coordinating with inventory to ensure the availability of popular items and timely restocking.

Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper records of sales activities.

Stay updated with the latest fashion trends within ladies' stitched clothing to provide relevant advice and maintain competitive advantage.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all company policies related to sales and customer interactions, maintaining a positive brand image.
