Responsibilities
- HK FASHION is looking for an experienced, responsible and well-organized Production & Operations Coordinator to manage daily production activities, inventory, fabric sourcing and order processing. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling routine operations independently and ensuring that orders are completed on time.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory on LAAM, including size-wise stock monitoring and restocking.
- Monitor out-of-stock products and Coordinate with karigars for timely replenishment.
- Manage daily orders, including recording customer sizes and maintaining accurate order records.
- Coordinate fabric purchasing, dyeing, and other production-related activities.
- Assign work to karigars and follow up on production progress and deadlines.
- Track fabric, work in progress, completed products and shipments sent to LAAM.
- Maintain Excel or Google Sheets records for inventory, orders and production.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch and delivery follow-ups.
- Identify delays, resolve routine operational issues and provide daily updates to management.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in garments, textile production, inventory management or clothing business operations.
- Good understanding of fabric sourcing, dyeing processes and coordination with karigars.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Honest, punctual, proactive and capable of working independently.
Important: We need someone who takes ownership of responsibilities, keeps accurate records and does not require constant supervision for routine tasks.
