Interior Designer

Description

H&M Enterprises seeks a talented Interior Designer with at least three years of experience to join our team on a contractual, remote basis, either from Faisalabad or Lahore. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in AutoCAD, 3D rendering, and various interior design software to create visually appealing and functional interiors. This role focuses on collaborating with clients to understand their vision and transforming it into innovative design solutions that meet aesthetic and practical requirements. Attention to detail and expertise in material selection, lighting design, and color theory are essential for success in this position. The Interior Designer will work independently, managing project timelines and deliverables remotely without supervisory responsibilities. This position requires proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, an understanding of color management systems including Pantone matching, and competence with color management software. The role demands creativity, effective communication skills to liaise virtually with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to balance multiple aspects of design projects, from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using AutoCAD, 3D rendering, and other relevant design software to meet client requirements and preferences.
• Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and visual presentations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project teams.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes that align with the design vision and functional needs of the space.
• Implement lighting design strategies to enhance the ambiance and functionality of interiors while considering energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Apply color theory principles and utilize Pantone Color Matching Systems and color management software to ensure accurate and harmonious color schemes.
• Coordinate with clients remotely to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Manage project schedules and deadlines independently, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones and final outputs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technological advancements to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including specifications, cost estimates, and procurement lists to support project execution.
• Collaborate virtually with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to source materials and manage logistics as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and client policies throughout the design process.
