HMA Ventures seeks a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Representative to join our team for the night shift, operating from 7 PM to 4 AM. This role requires a confident and clear communicator who excels in customer relationship management and is willing to work during late hours in our Johar Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, capable of making outbound calls, and skilled at handling rejection while maintaining motivation to achieve sales targets. Fluency in spoken English is necessary, along with basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and internet browsing. This position welcomes fresh candidates who demonstrate strong communication abilities and a drive for success. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through outbound calls, building rapport, and effectively promoting our products or services. A key part of the position is managing customer interactions with professionalism and confidence while working independently during night hours. The successful Sales Representative will maintain accurate records of calls and customer feedback, adapt sales techniques to meet customer needs, and contribute positively to our sales goals. Reliable late-night commute arrangements and ownership of transport ensure punctuality and consistent attendance for this night shift role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers with a confident and clear telephone manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat sales and referrals.
• Present and promote products or services in a persuasive manner tailored to customer needs.
• Handle customer objections and rejection professionally while maintaining motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards goals using relevant software tools.
• Follow-up with leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in spoken English during all interactions.
• Use basic computer applications such as MS Office, email, and internet browsing to support sales activities.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and contribute to a safe and productive working environment.
• Be punctual and reliable for night shift duties, commuting safely to and from the Johar Town office.
