HNK Tours & Travels, a well-established travel agency located in Lahore, is seeking a motivated and dynamic female professional to join as a Client Hunting & Social Media Executive. This role focuses on enhancing the company's outreach by generating new client leads through various social media platforms, managing client communications, and maintaining up-to-date travel-related content. The position offers a fixed salary with commission opportunities, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will be based in Lahore, possess strong communication and persuasive skills, and have prior experience in social media management and client interaction. The role requires handling multiple social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to drive engagement and attract potential customers. The executive will be responsible for responding promptly to client inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and social media messages while maintaining accurate client records following established standard operating procedures. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently to achieve marketing and sales targets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads from various social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp to attract new clients.
• Manage and update social media pages daily by creating and uploading posts, stories, and video content to promote travel services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media inboxes to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company standard operating procedures to track interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and manage itinerary details to support smooth travel booking and reservation processes.
• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, providing helpful information and guidance to facilitate their travel plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that increase brand awareness and client engagement on social platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements in content and client outreach methods.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills relevant to client hunting and social media management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional demeanor in all client communications and social media interactions.
