Store Manager

Holzinn is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our DHA Phase 5, Lahore location. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in retail management and is skilled at managing customer service excellence and retail operations. This role involves supervising a team of four personnel, ensuring smooth store functionality, and driving sales performance within the store. The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, optimizing store performance, and managing team productivity. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, the ability to solve operational challenges efficiently, and a focus on achieving business objectives through effective team management and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure an efficient and customer-focused environment.
• Manage and support a team of four employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain retail procedures and policies to optimize store performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock as required.
• Analyze sales trends and contribute to the development of sales strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior management to implement promotional campaigns and in-store events.
• Identify areas for improvement in store operations and implement necessary changes.
