Position: Senior General Subjects Teacher / Home School Teacher

We are looking for a mature, experienced and well-qualified Senior Teacher to provide full-time home schooling for two children:

- Son – Age 12: Grade 5–6 level, English-medium curriculum
- Daughter – Age 10: Grade 3–4 level, English-medium curriculum

Main Subjects

- English
- Mathematics
- Urdu

The teacher will be responsible for providing structured daily teaching, developing strong academic foundations, completing the relevant syllabus, conducting regular assessments, and maintaining a disciplined yet positive learning environment.

Requirements

- Strong academic background with relevant teaching qualification
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with primary and middle-school students
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong command of Urdu and Mathematics
- Experience teaching English-medium school curricula
- Capable of teaching children at different grade levels simultaneously
- Good communication, patience, discipline and classroom-management skills
- Professional, trustworthy and presentable personality
- Ability to plan lessons, assignments, revision and assessments independently
- Prior home tutoring / homeschooling experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, on-site teaching for two children at the specified grade levels adhering to an English-medium curriculum.
• Teach and develop curriculum content in the core subjects of English, Mathematics, and Urdu to cater to different grade levels (Grade 3-4 and Grade 5-6).
• Create and implement structured daily lesson plans that meet educational standards and address the individual learning needs of each child.
• Develop and administer regular assessments to monitor student progress and understanding of subject material.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment to encourage student engagement and promote academic growth.
• Plan and deliver revisions, assignments, and evaluations to ensure syllabus completion and reinforce learning.
• Use strong communication and classroom management skills to build rapport with students and effectively manage their behavior and learning pace.
• Leverage prior homeschooling or home tutoring experience to customize instruction methods and improve educational outcomes.
• Independently manage all academic activities related to teaching duties without the need for additional supervision or team management.
• Ensure continuous professional development in teaching practices and maintain an organized and respectful learning environment.
