Description

Horti Club is seeking a skilled Architect with a minimum of five years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate specializes in architectural design and is proficient in creating detailed construction documentation. The role involves developing 2D and 3D architectural drawings, visualizations, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts. A background or preference for landscaping architecture is highly valued for this position. The Architect will work independently on projects and deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and comply with building regulations. The Architect utilizes advanced tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, and other relevant software for architectural 3D modeling and real-time rendering. The candidate must excel in producing comprehensive architectural 2D drafting and detailing with a strong focus on accuracy and creativity. This position does not require team management, allowing focus on individual contributions towards innovative design, technical documentation, and coordination with other project stakeholders at Horti Club.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs that align with client requirements, project specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Develop precise construction documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Generate 3D architectural models and visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, Lumion, and AutoCAD to present design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Produce high-quality architectural 2D drafting and detailing ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Incorporate landscaping architecture elements where applicable to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
• Prepare real-time rendered images and walkthroughs to facilitate client approval and project presentations.
• Stay current with architecture trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
• Review and validate design deliverables to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any architectural design issues.
• Support sustainable design principles by selecting environmentally friendly materials and construction practices.
