They will evaluate supplier capability, communicate effectively to resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet material requirements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze supplier costs and quality will be essential for success. Responsibilities
- Identify and source materials from reliable suppliers in China through platforms such as Alibaba.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Conduct cost analysis to negotiate and secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier quality and performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate material procurement activities with internal departments to fulfill production needs.
- Prepare and manage documentation and communication with suppliers using professional English through email.
- Utilize MS Excel and Word to track sourcing data, analyze cost trends, and maintain records.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and quotations to recommend the best purchasing options.
- Address supplier issues promptly to minimize disruptions in material supply.
- Stay updated on market trends and material pricing fluctuations to advise management accordingly.
- Operate independently within a full-time office-based environment, handling all sourcing tasks without team management responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sourcing guidelines throughout the procurement process.
