HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated Bike Riders to join their delivery team in Karachi. This position offers flexible work categories, allowing riders to choose between target-based or non-target-based earning options. Bike Riders are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels, maintaining excellent customer service, and handling payments smoothly. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least one year of experience in delivery services to grow within a reputable company offering competitive compensation and benefits. Bike Riders will use delivery applications to manage route planning and delivery schedules effectively. They will coordinate with the team to ensure each parcel reaches its destination safely and efficiently. This role demands reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while upholding company standards at all times. Team management is not required for this position, enabling focus on personal delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure timely parcel distribution.
• Utilize delivery applications proficiently to track deliveries and update status in real time.
• Handle cash payments and digital transactions accurately during parcel deliveries.
• Maintain constant communication with the company’s dispatch team regarding delays or issues.
• Ensure parcels are delivered in perfect condition and obtain recipient signatures when required.
• Adhere to traffic rules and safety standards while riding the bike during deliveries.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior when interacting with customers.
• Manage daily delivery targets based on chosen work category (CTE Rider or VPM Rider).
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and payments as per company guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required by HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd.
• Support company goals by contributing to high customer satisfaction rates.
• Operate the assigned delivery vehicle responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and proper working condition.
• Follow company policies related to attendance, safety, and conduct during working hours.
• Provide feedback on routes and delivery procedures to optimize efficiency.
