✔️ Responsible planning, organizing, and controlling jobs efficiently and safely in the workplace, including management of materials and personnel, supervises and coordinates construction activities and ensures that all civil engineering work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. responsible for overseeing the painting, carpentry, and plumbing jobs.
Qualification:
✔️ DAE in Civil
Experience:
✔️ 01 to 02 Years of Relevant Experience in Industrial Civil Work
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control daily construction activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations on site.
- Supervise and coordinate construction tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and civil engineering work according to project plans and specifications.
- Ensure all civil engineering activities comply with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage materials and equipment effectively to avoid wastage and delays.
- Monitor work progress and update schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate construction documentation and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Identify and resolve issues related to site operations, materials, and personnel to avoid disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure resource availability and coordination.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety measures.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvements in construction processes and safety protocols.
