Responsibilities
- Drive executive vehicles safely and responsibly while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan efficient and effective routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering current traffic conditions.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicles both inside and out.
- Prepare and maintain records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
- Assist executives with entering and exiting vehicles when required, providing courteous and professional service.
- Comply with all legal and safety regulations related to driving and vehicle operation.
- Monitor road conditions and alert management to any delays or incidents that could impact schedules.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to the relevant department.
- Ensure vehicles are parked safely and securely when not in use.
- Coordinate with security and administrative teams to support executive travel schedules and logistics.
- Display a professional appearance and courteous behavior as the representative of the company during all assignments.
