HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its clients.
Industry: Multinational Pharmaceutical Sector
Location: Karachi (MT Khan Road)
Job Type: 06 Months Contractual (HRSG)
No of Position: 02 (Rotation Shifts)
Working Hours: 09 hours per day, 06 days a week
Job Timings:
✔️ Shift 01: 08:30 AM to 05:15 PM
✔️ Shift 02: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
✔️ Saturday: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Qualification:
✔️ MBBS Qualified
Experience:
✔️ Fresh Medical Graduate or Candidates with up to 06 Months of Experience
Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to all incoming patient calls within the designated shift.
- Return any missed calls promptly to ensure no patient queries remain unresolved.
- Greet callers with a welcoming and respectful tone, promoting positive patient experiences.
- Actively listen to patients’ needs to accurately understand and process their medication orders.
- Complete all required forms online accurately and maintain detailed logs of patient interactions and order details.
- Coordinate order forwarding to the appropriate distributor for timely delivery.
- Manage a small team of two persons, providing guidance and support to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Maintain strong communication and patient-handling skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Work effectively across assigned shifts, including weekends, adapting to the rotating schedule as required.
