HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its clients.

Industry: Multinational Switchgear Sector 
Location: Karachi (Clifton)
Job Type: Yearly Contractual (HRSG)
Salary Range: 120,000 to 150,000
No of Position: 02

Qualification:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Electrical Engineering 

Experience: 
✔️ 02–03 Years of Operations & Maintenance Experience in shopping malls or hospitals, with hands-on experience in LV & MV Distribution systems / Switchgear, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch)

Responsibilities

Description:
✔️ Plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance activities for MV & LV distribution
system, Trafo, VFD's, UPS, ATS.
✔️ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
✔️ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as needed.
✔️ Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
✔️ Monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
✔️ Collaborate with other departments to minimize production disruptions.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
✔️ Train and supervise maintenance staff as required.
