Responsibilities include verifying orders, scanning barcodes, reconciling cash-on-delivery payments, and recording electronic proofs of delivery. You ensure compliance with Daraz's delivery service level agreements and actively participate in real-time location tracking. Your professionalism and service quality strengthen the reputation of both HRSI and Daraz by consistently meeting customer expectations and promoting safe and efficient delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate motorcycles safely and comply with all traffic rules and regulations to ensure secure deliveries.
- Use GPS and route navigation tools effectively to plan and follow the most efficient routes.
- Perform time management to complete deliveries within specified service level agreements.
- Interact courteously with customers while delivering parcels and handling inquiries or issues professionally.
- Handle parcels with care to prevent damage and verify delivery accuracy using barcode scanning technology.
- Manage cash-on-delivery transactions accurately, including collection, reconciliation, and secure handling of payments.
- Use the Daraz Rider App to record payments, confirm electronic proof of delivery, and update delivery statuses in real-time.
- Understand and comply with the Daraz Rider App workflow and delivery service level agreements to meet performance targets.
- Maintain thorough and accurate delivery documentation including proof of delivery and order verification records.
- Participate in real-time GPS location tracking to provide timely updates and ensure the transparency of delivery progress.
- Identify local streets, landmarks, and customer addresses effectively to facilitate prompt and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure the reconciliation of cash-on-delivery collections aligns with company policies and accounting requirements.
- Report any delivery challenges or incidents promptly to supervisors to resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
