Hunar Foundation is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team and lead a group of 20 talented professionals. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in various design software and tools, with keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles. This role demands creativity, precision, and the ability to manage and inspire a team while delivering innovative visual content for both digital and print mediums. As the Graphic Designer managing a sizable team, you will oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all visual communications align with our brand standards and strategic goals. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and mastery of typography, image editing, and vector illustration will be essential to produce compelling designs that engage and captivate our audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 20 graphic design professionals to deliver high-quality creative projects on time.
• Develop and execute compelling visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, aligning with company branding and marketing strategies.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet client and company requirements.
• Perform detailed image editing and retouching to enhance photographs and graphic materials.
• Design and arrange typography and text layouts to ensure readability and visual appeal across various platforms.
• Create and manipulate vector illustrations using pen tool and Bézier curve editing for clear, scalable graphics.
• Oversee digital and print production processes, coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain consistency in design standards across all projects and ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other departments to generate creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to continually improve the team’s skills and outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback and training to team members aimed at professional development and skill enhancement.
