Graphic Designer

Description

Hunter Sports is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with at least five years of professional experience specializing in sublimation and graphic designing. The successful candidate will have a strong command of graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, to produce high-quality, production-ready designs tailored to customer requirements. This role involves creating sublimation designs, hosiery patterns, and artwork while ensuring all outputs meet strict printing and production standards. The position is based in Sialkot, Pakistan, and requires close coordination with merchandising and production teams to deliver designs that align with customer specifications and deadlines. The Graphic Designer will also manage a team of ten members, guiding their efforts to ensure the quality and consistency of design projects. The candidate must possess robust knowledge about printing techniques, color combinations, and production workflows within the textile or sportswear industry. This leadership role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to match customer expectations with production capabilities in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce sublimation designs and high-quality graphic artwork for hosiery and sportswear products that meet customer specifications.
• Prepare print-ready files adhering to production standards and ensure accuracy and quality in all design outputs.
• Apply advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to execute detailed design tasks.
• Perform color correction, pattern creation, and design modifications based on feedback from merchandising and production teams.
• Manage and lead a team of ten design professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with merchandising and production units to align design processes with printing production standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of printing techniques, color combinations, and production processes to optimize design feasibility and quality.
• Review and adjust designs to resolve any production-related issues and improve overall product appearance and function.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple design orders simultaneously.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies in design software, and best practices in sublimation and textile printing.
