Hussain Trading Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant with at least one year of experience in eBay dropshipping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing online sales through eBay, aiming to support the company’s expanding online retail operations. This role demands a thorough understanding of product listing, order processing, and customer service within the e-commerce environment. The assistant will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of daily e-commerce activities and help optimize the online shopping experience. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to grow their knowledge of online retail dynamics. While this position does not involve managing a team, the role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The E-commerce Assistant plays a critical part in driving successful dropshipping operations and supporting the overall goals of Hussain Trading Co.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on eBay to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
- Coordinate order processing including monitoring orders, handling payments, and ensuring timely shipment.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth dropshipping operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with sourcing teams to replenish stock as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and report key metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist in researching market trends and competitors to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with eBay policies and any relevant e-commerce regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and listings optimization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce processes.
