CP Expert

Description

I Engineering Pakistan is seeking a skilled CP Expert with a minimum of two years of experience in telecom or commercial power operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in electricity billing, load management, and power consumption monitoring, and holds strong coordination abilities to liaise effectively with K-Electric and other relevant power authorities. This role requires hands-on involvement with commercial power issues, including complaint handling and prompt follow-ups, ensuring smooth electrical grid management and cost-effective power usage. The CP Expert will lead a small team of two professionals and play a crucial role in managing power-related commercial matters within the company. This position demands proactive collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve power issues efficiently, contributing directly to the overall operational stability and success of the telecom infrastructure under the company’s responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial power operations, including electricity billing, bill verification, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor power consumption, load management, and related load issues to optimize electrical grid usage.
• Coordinate and liaise with K-Electric and other relevant power authorities to ensure compliance and timely resolution of power-related matters.
• Handle commercial power complaints, follow up on issues, and ensure satisfactory resolutions are achieved.
• Lead and manage a team of two personnel, providing guidance and support in power management activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to implement solutions for power-related challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of power consumption, billing, and reconciliation to support financial and operational audits.
• Analyze power usage data to identify potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Stay informed of changes in power industry regulations and tariff structures that affect telecom power operations.
• Support telecom infrastructure operations by ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to power management and present findings to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for effective commercial power management.
