Description

The Fueling Analyst at I Engineering Pakistan plays a crucial role in managing the entire fuel supply chain process, from forecasting and procurement to storage and consumption. This position supports operational excellence by ensuring that fuel resources are used efficiently and maintained according to company standards and guidelines. The analyst assists the Operations and Maintenance Coordinator in monitoring fuel delivery schedules and quality, helping to maintain fuel inventory accuracy and prevent losses related to theft or mismanagement. Reporting directly to a supervisor, the Fueling Analyst is responsible for providing timely updates and proposing corrective and preventive strategies to address any discrepancies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records both electronically and in hardcopy, ensuring a proper audit trail for fuel transactions. The analyst contributes to the development and updating of the mission fuel plan, continually supporting operational goals through data analysis and fuel procurement coordination. While teamwork and collaboration are essential, this role does not include direct management responsibilities but demands strong liaison capabilities with various operational departments to ensure smooth fuel supply continuity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations and Maintenance Coordinator in managing fuel supply activities including forecasting, storage, delivery, and consumption according to established guidelines.
• Monitor and report any incidents related to fuel theft or discrepancies in fuel reconciliation to the direct supervisor promptly.
• Identify differences in fuel inventory, recommend corrective actions, and suggest preventive measures to minimize future discrepancies.
• Oversee fuel deliveries to ensure that fuel availability is timely and meets the specified quality standards.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and periodic updating of the mission fuel plan to support operational requirements.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic and hardcopy records of all fuel-related activities to ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in fuel management to optimize resource utilization and improve fuel forecasting accuracy.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze fuel consumption trends and generate insightful reports that support decision-making.
• Assist in fuel procurement planning by analyzing current fuel usage patterns and forecasting future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to fuel storage, handling, and consumption.
