Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLC programs using ladder logic and function block diagrams to control industrial automation processes.
- Integrate smart sensors and process sensor signals to monitor and manage automated systems accurately.
- Design and troubleshoot industrial control systems ensuring optimal machine operation and safety standards.
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of PLC-based control systems to maintain high reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Apply knowledge of motion control and CNC technologies to enhance manufacturing and production processes.
- Document programming procedures and system configurations clearly to support maintenance and future upgrades.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in industrial automation and smart control systems.
- Assist in training and knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices in PLC programming and automation.
