IG Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team focused on expanding our presence in the US market. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. This position requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the US market and customer behaviors. The Sales Representative does not manage a team but works collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role demands consistent outreach to potential clients, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. A minimum of one year of relevant sales experience and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of IG Solutions’ offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through negotiation to closing to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns with overall company goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to track performance and opportunities for growth.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
