This role involves managing a team of 10 persons to oversee the planning, development, and execution of residential building projects. The candidate will coordinate closely with architects, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will take responsibility for construction management, site planning, and vendor coordination. They will need to apply strong organizational and leadership skills to manage workflows, resolve issues, and direct site activities. The role demands hands-on experience in managing multiple aspects of home development from inception through to project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to foster seamless project execution and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 10 personnel to execute residential development projects efficiently.
