This position combines hands-on experience, leadership abilities, and innovative techniques such as natural language processing (NLP) to deliver strategic career support tailored to diverse client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 30 professionals to deliver comprehensive career counseling and job search support.
- Develop and implement effective resume writing strategies that highlight candidates' strengths and achievements.
- Guide clients through personal branding processes to enhance their professional image in the job market.
- Utilize online job portals efficiently to identify and recommend relevant employment opportunities.
- Leverage career assessment tools to evaluate clients’ skills, interests, and career goals.
- Deploy resume parsing software and applicant tracking systems to optimize resume screening and submission.
- Provide training and support on the effective use of Microsoft Word and LinkedIn Recruiter for job application purposes.
- Assist clients in creating and managing personal websites to showcase portfolios and professional accomplishments.
- Incorporate natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze and improve resume content and job descriptions.
- Monitor job market trends and continuously update strategies to maintain competitive advantage for job seekers.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate clients on job search best practices and career development.
- Collaborate with employers and recruitment agencies to understand hiring requirements and bridge candidate gaps.
- Ensure all services comply with ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Track and report on client progress and team performance to senior management.
- Continuously improve team skills through coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
