Incube Technologies seeks a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate applies user-centered design principles and design thinking to deliver seamless user experiences. This role involves understanding user needs through research and translating insights into visually appealing and functional prototypes that align with business goals and customer expectations. The UI/UX Designer works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, usability, and brand alignment throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate has at least two years of experience and possesses strong skills in user research, prototyping, and visual design. Expertise with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma is essential. The candidate does not manage a team but collaborates effectively with developers, product managers, and marketers to deliver compelling user experiences. This position contributes significantly to building user-friendly products that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

 

* 2+ years of experience designing mobile user interfaces and user experiences for iOS and Android apps

* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch

* Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

* Solid understanding of mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and Human Interface Guidelines / Material Design

* Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement and refine designs

* Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate user feedback into design improvements
