Description
iNeovus LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Technical Consultant with extensive experience in software engineering and advanced AI technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This remote, full-time position requires a deep understanding of software development and AI architectures alongside exceptional spoken English proficiency to engage confidently with U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on client-facing technical interactions, participation in interviews and discussions, and collaboration with internal teams to secure new projects. The ideal candidate brings over nine years of professional experience in software engineering and AI, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. The candidate will be responsible for addressing complex client requirements, solving technical challenges, and offering scalable, practical solutions that leverage state-of-the-art AI frameworks and systems. Although this position does not involve direct team management, it demands close cooperation with various engineering teams to support project development and execution. The consultant will represent iNeovus professionally, building trust and maintaining robust client relationships while guiding technical strategy and architecture for AI projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and participate in technical interviews, evaluations, and detailed discussions with prospective U.S.-based clients to assess requirements and present expertise.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and application skills in software engineering, AI/ML models, Generative AI technologies, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Analyze client needs to address technical issues by designing and proposing effective, scalable solutions tailored to each project.
- Provide expert consulting on AI system architecture, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to evaluate technical requirements, contribute to solution design, and support the client engagement process.
- Maintain a professional presence representing iNeovus LLC in all client interactions, establishing and sustaining technical credibility and positive partnerships.
- Explain complex AI concepts and implementation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Support project acquisition efforts by aligning technical capabilities with client objectives and demonstrating potential delivery success.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, best practices, and industry trends to enhance client solutions and internal engineering approaches.
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions by leveraging expertise in software engineering and AI technologies, ensuring client satisfaction and project viability.
