Description
DawaLoop360, a healthcare infrastructure initiative under Infiniotics, is building a connected network of licensed pharmacies to help pharmacies improve inventory movement, reduce medicine wastage, and discover relevant B2B demand.
We are currently launching our pilot operations in Karachi and are looking for a motivated Business Operations Partner with a pharmacy/healthcare background and strong communication skills.
This role is highly operational and relationship-driven. You will work directly with pharmacies, understand their inventory and requirements, onboard verified businesses, coordinate transactions, and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard licensed pharmacies across Karachi.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and responsible representatives.
- Collect and verify required pharmacy information and licensing documentation.
- Explain the DawaLoop360 model, onboarding process, and benefits to pharmacy partners.
- Collect medicine inventory information, including product details, batch numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and relevant images.
- Coordinate with the internal team to create and verify inventory listings.
- Confirm pharmacy approval before products become available to other eligible pharmacy partners.
- Monitor pharmacy demand and available inventory through the DawaLoop360 system.
- Match pharmacy requirements with available medicine inventory.
- Confirm product availability with the supplying pharmacy before an order is created.
- Coordinate order confirmation, delivery arrangements, and transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmacy communication, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
- Follow up with pharmacies after transactions and collect feedback.
- Upload/maintain delivery and transaction proof where required.
- Identify inventory approaching expiry and communicate opportunities to pharmacy partners.
- Maintain regular communication with pharmacy partners through WhatsApp and other approved channels.
- Prepare information required for pharmacy performance and transaction reports.
- Escalate payment, delivery, product, documentation, or partner-related issues to management.
