InnoSolve Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist to join our team. This full-time role focuses on developing and maintaining advanced reporting solutions using Sage Intacct, tailored for a US-based client. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, with expert-level proficiency in Sage Intacct's reporting tools, including dashboards, interactive custom reports, financial report writer, and complex computations. This role requires a deep understanding of the Sage Intacct dimension model and the ability to handle multi-entity and consolidated financial reporting. Candidates must have excellent communication skills to collaborate directly with US clients and must be comfortable conducting requirements gathering sessions with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. This position centers on creating custom financial reports, automating report generation, and ensuring accurate consolidation across multiple entities. A strong background in business analysis or finance/accounting is essential, along with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Sage Intacct Web Services API. The role demands working within US Central Time Zone hours. While Lahore is the preferred location, remote work within Pakistan is possible. Immediate availability is highly favored, with part-time engagement during notice periods accepted. Educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with relevant certifications such as Sage Intacct certification, PL-300, or accounting certifications like ACCA, CA, or CMA (part-qualified candidates considered). Offer acceptance is contingent on police character clearance and background verification.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and custom reports within Sage Intacct to support financial analysis and business decision-making.

Leverage a deep understanding of the Sage Intacct dimension model for accurate multi-entity and consolidated reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational financial structures.

Collaborate closely with finance teams and non-finance departments to gather and analyze reporting requirements, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.

Create and manage financial reports using Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, Financial Report Writer, account groups, and computations within Sage Intacct.

Automate report creation and data integration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting cycles.

Validate report accuracy and data integrity, ensuring entity-level and consolidated reports reconcile to the general ledger.

Configure user access and permissions for Sage Intacct reporting tools to maintain data security and compliance.

Utilize advanced Excel techniques for data analysis, visualization, and further insights generation beyond Sage Intacct capabilities.

Employ SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to extract, manipulate, and visualize financial data where necessary.

Communicate effectively with US-based clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction with reporting solutions.

Work within the US Central Time Zone to provide timely support and collaboration for client needs.

Support business intelligence initiatives by integrating Sage Intacct data with other systems as required through APIs or data connectors.

Continuously improve reporting standards and methodologies by staying current with Sage Intacct updates and best practices in financial reporting.

Contribute to cross-functional projects requiring finance and IT collaboration for enhanced business analytics.

Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, user guides, and system configurations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
