Innovative Ducks seeks a talented and dedicated Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a minimum of two years of experience to join their creative team. The ideal candidate is mature, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in various graphic design and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Cap Cut. This individual will lead a small team of three, overseeing their efforts while contributing exceptional visual content that meets the company's high standards. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently are essential for success in this role. The candidate will create visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that aligns with Innovative Ducks' brand identity. They will be responsible for motion graphics, color correction, grading, typography, and layout design. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage both individual tasks and a team's workflow to deliver outstanding multimedia projects on schedule. The position is full-time and requires working on-site to collaborate closely with the team and ensure consistent quality and innovation in every deliverable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of three graphic designers and video editors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
• Design and produce creative graphics that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Edit and assemble video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to create polished video content.
• Apply motion graphics techniques to enhance video projects and create engaging visual effects.
• Perform color correction and grading to ensure video content meets aesthetic and technical standards.
• Develop typography and layout designs for various digital and print media projects.
• Utilize software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Cap Cut effectively to produce quality content.
• Maintain organization of digital assets and manage project files to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement creative requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines reliably.
• Innovate and propose fresh ideas to improve the quality and impact of visual materials.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices.
