Responsibilities

• Role Description
  ELYVIO Homes is hiring Sales Executives (Sales Closure) for a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. We are looking for confident sales professionals who can handle on-ground customer queries and turn them into confirmed orders. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and guide them from inquiry to closure.
• Daily responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and assisting showroom visitors and handling on-ground queries
• Understanding customer needs and recommending furniture, fabrics, carpets, curtains, and related interior products
• Closing sales and achieving assigned monthly targets
• Following up with customers and converting leads into confirmed orders
• Preparing accurate quotations and sales orders
• Coordinating with relevant departments for smooth order processing
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, specifications, and available options
• Keeping accurate records of customer inquiries and sales activity
• Building long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
• The Sales Executive will work closely with management to share feedback on customer preferences and support promotional activities.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above (required)
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail or direct sales experience (required), including customer engagement, negotiation, and closing sales
• Prior experience in a showroom, furniture, fabrics, carpets, curtains, or interior products is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse customers
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
• Ability to handle customer queries and concerns confidently on the showroom floor
• Basic computer skills for quotations, order processing, and record keeping
• Organizational skills for managing time and multiple customers at once
• Presentable and professional personality
• Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
